I recommend this program because there are many people in our country who need a shift in paradigm/ thinking, regarding diversity and accepting people.

Comments from our delegates

The participation is very good and stories make you really think of the positive and the future not only for us but our children.

It is so important to know how people see you and what you can do to make people feel wanted, happy and valuable.

I thank you for this opportunity of learning and look forward to taking this knowledge back to my family.

It is important that we make an effort to learn about the diverse nation around us so that we can build a better nation for our children.

I learnt to change my whole overview of different perceptions i.e, to be myself, to be stronger and to respect the views of others.

I enjoyed the understanding that all people are different with different cultures but at the end of the day all are human beings without colour.

I learned to understand myself. To understand the mistakes we made in the past. To treat everyone and everybody with respect.

I enjoyed the harmonious interaction within our groups.

I recommend the programme because it teaches you respect for others as well as yourself.

I realised how little I know about the various people that make up our country.

Keep it up. This country has a great future of us being one great nation.

The course really helps you understand the way others act and how to work towards better unity.

I learnt that, in order to respect, start by respecting yourself. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

I found many ideas where I can make adjustments in order to better my relationship in the community.

I enjoyed the reinforcement of, we are all equal, and that we just do the things differently.

It is actually easy to see the positive in people, reinforcing this is likely to reduce the negatives.

I’ve learnt that without respect nothing that you say, or do, will have impact.

Today demonstrated that we can all have fun together as one.

I learnt to understand that whilst we are all different, have various cultures and upbringing, we are all good human beings who deserve to share our lives equally.

I’ve learnt that all the people are same and they are equal.

I enjoyed the learning techniques, different kinds of people and their personalities.

Celebrate© Newsletters & Celebrating Humanity© programs are purely focused on creating a better world for all people.

Celebrating Humanity©, or Diversity Training?

"Diversity training" has the power to unite, or to divide.

Often, and not surprisingly, team members run for cover when they hear that they are going on a "diversity training" course.

Yet we find the very opposite! Members of the public, and corporate teams are lining up to get onto our Celebrating Humanity© programs.

You see we are positive Catalysts of Change©! And you can be too!

One can understand why people are so scared!

So many of us have been programmed to be wary of difference, in others. We have been separated from other human beings, through our daily lives, the media, our friends and family.

(Whilst watching the Dr Phil show, recently - I saw a 50 year old man coming to terms with his "program." His daughter had married a person from another background, and he could not/ would not associate with his daughter and her husband, nor see his "bicultural" grandchild. And this is one of the many reasons why we need Catalysts of Change© programs worldwide.)

Human beings have been given so many "titles," such as: African American, Japanese American, French Canadian, French Belgian, Caucasians, Whites, Blacks, Coloureds, Indians, Muslims, American, South African, Italian, Christians, Communists, old people, mean, women, gay, straight, fat, thin, rich, successful, bankrupt, lawyer, doctor, manager, worker, labourer, judge, plumber, maid, poor, fit or sick.

And each classification allows our logical brains to judge each other, as separate and different entities. As if we are not all simply, and wonderfully, "human beings."

To add to our own daily separations, "diversity training," is made more scary by a multitude of internet-based reports which list complaints of "mind programming" or being "forced " to learn about other cultures. They complain of "them" and "us", as if we are all very separate species of human beings.

Difference is a plus!

And yet our uniqueness, or diversity and commonalities, bring us incredible human power - when we recogise the fact that we are not in opposition to each other. We do not necessarily take from each other - we actually add to each other.

Diversity trainers who understand this fact, will understand that we are all perfect as we are. Just different.

And it is that very difference, that can make average teams powerful and multi-diverse teams explosively successful. The knowledge and understanding of these wondrous differences will grow ourselves, our children and the future.

And first step towards personal and business success is an excellent diversity training/ managing diversity and teambuilding program - such as Celebrating Humanity©.

From understanding and respect - grows success, awareness and belonging.

From that will come respect and team work, at home, at school, socially and in the workplace.

Workplace Teams that came to us in absolute conflict, report back months and even years later, that they are united, successful and stress free.

And it naturally flows that stress-free teams are a pleasure to work with! Their customers love to work with them and their focus is on success!

Members of the public, who have attended a public session, talk of a fresh feeling of "belonging," and a new awareness of themselves and of the people around them.

We all want to belong!

Who?

So who should attend a Celebrating Humanity© program? The answer is very simple - each and every one of us!

From Home Executive, to Chief Executive, from President to Voter, School Child to Principal - each one of us adds to the next.

Each one of us has a story to tell, lessons to learn and much wisdom to share.

Why?

If we continue to live in our well-defined little bubbles, we will never fully experience life, or the world. We will go to our end without having taken every opportunity to experience the wonders of humanity.

We will never fulfill our greatest potential - in isolation!

Why wait?

The time is now.
